Our 5-star Holiday Park on the stunning Norfolk Coast is looking for Reception/Bookings Team Members to join us for the upcoming 2026 season!
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Responsible for meeting holiday guests with an enthusiastic approach.
  • Taking hire fleet bookings via the telephone and in person.
  • Completing administration work relating to bookings and responding to enquiries.
What We’re Looking For:
  • An excellent telephone manner and customer services skills are essential
  • The ability to promote the company’s products and to encourage sales.
  • To accurately take payments for bookings, handle cash and utilise a till system.
  • To be able to work within a busy environment.

  • Competitive pay: £12.60/hour, increasing to £13.45/hour from May 2026.

Open days will be held at Hemsby Beach Holiday Park, Beach Road, Hemsby, NR29 4HR on:
  • Friday, 30th January 2026 (10AM – 2PM).
  • Saturday, 31st January 2026 (10AM – 2PM).
