Working in a busy environment General Team Members are responsible for maintaining the exterior and interior of boats and site to a high quality and delivering trial runs to customers.
The role of General Team Member is one of a variety including duties such as painting boats, cleaning boats, preparing them for hire and general marina duties.
This role is extremely customer focused.
Excellent customer service skills are required to fulfil the company objective of exceeding customer expectations.
Rate of Pay is £11.00 per hour increasing to £12.00 per hour May 2024.
All team members are required to work weekends and bank holidays.
