We’re searching for a motivated, enthusiastic and committed Complex Manager to join our team at our 5-star Hemsby Beach Holiday Park located on the Norfolk Coast.
As Complex Manager you will support our Park & Customer Experience Manager to ensure we exceed customer expectations, take responsibility for the complex and all retail activities including our Quarterdeck Bar, Restaurant and Show bar, Family Entertainment Centre, The Galley Fish Bar, Leisure Department and Coastal Café as well as ensuring that Entertainment is to a high standard.
As Complex Manager you will report directly to our Park & Customer Experience Manager; you will support Heads of Department along with their teams to achieve our aim of exceeding expectations, creating a fun and memorable environment allowing the maximum number of guests to enjoy our products.
The ideal Complex Manager will be eager to continuously improve the retail outlets on site, committed to delivering the best customer service possible, have good leadership skills and experience of managing sales. It is paramount for the Complex Manager alongside the Park and Customer Experience Manager to effectively drive our vision and values at all times, leading by example and supporting our team to develop in their roles, ensuring our team have our ‘We R’ Happy to help’ approach and delivering our values. Excellent communication skills are essential to ensure an honest approach is delivered.
Responsibilities of Complex Manager:
· Exceed customer expectations and to ensure teams are also doing so;
· Behave in accordance with the company’s core values;
· Maximising profit for all retail activities, food and beverage and family entertainment centre;
· Recruiting, training and managing performance of your team;
· Control stock, money and company equipment within the departments of your responsibility;
· Encourage sales;
· Ensure all team members are aware of expectations in their role;
· Manage budget controls within your responsibility;
· Hold weekly heads of department meetings and produce minutes of such.
Qualities of Complex Manager;
· Excellent customer service skills;
· Excellent communication skills;
· Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines;
· Good decision making skills;
· Good IT skills including knowledge of excel, word and emails;
· Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times;
· Flexibility to adjust working pattern when required.

Hours of work for Complex Manager:
· 48 hours (minimum) per week over 6 days (including weekends and bank holidays) or as necessary to fulfil the role to a high standard;
· Split shift working required;
· Evening shifts; 5 per week
